Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for wound closure and healing products in the Nordic region.
- Manage the product lifecycle and portfolio for assigned therapeutic areas.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, medical affairs, and regional teams to drive market penetration.
- Lead new product launches and market development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of wound care and healing market dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and across diverse cultures.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus.
