Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events.
• Manage vendors and procurement for marketing activities and events.
• Own budget tracking for assigned initiatives.
• Run the corporate gifting and merchandise process.
• Coordinate marketing execution across teams.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and core documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in events, marketing operations, or marketing coordination.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Experience working with vendors and handling operational tasks.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to last-minute changes.
