Job Overview

Masimo, a global leader in medical technology and noninvasive monitoring solutions, is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its Seoul, South Korea team. The role involves supporting marketing strategy, product positioning, KOL development, and international event management.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Manager to develop product strategies to increase market share.
• Support KOL (Key Opinion Leader) development and coordinate meetings with thought leaders.
• Conduct market research to assess customer needs, pricing, and competitor analysis.
• Provide management support for national and international exhibitions, trade fairs, and events.
• Assist in product launches, employee training, and distributor support.
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, booth designs, and promotional tools.
• Support reporting tasks including KMDIA reports, sales data analysis, and general administrative duties.
• Manage budgetary items and invoices via Coupa.
• Assist with presentations, reports, and marketing documentation as needed.
• Support day-to-day marketing projects and special assignments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Strong teamwork and independent work skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
• Positive attitude and professional work ethic.
