• Salary Range: AED 3,200/- per month
• Job Type: Full-time
• Qualifications: Certificate of Competence in motorsport track marshalling
• Experience: Previous experience as a marshal preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all track activities to ensure adherence to safety rules and regulations.
• Assist drivers with pre-race and post-race procedures, including helmet and safety gear checks.
• Respond immediately to accidents or incidents on the track, providing first aid and alerting the medical team when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with Race Control and other marshals using radios.
• Ensure the track is clear of debris and safe for use at all times.

Requirements

• Certificate of Competence in motorsport track marshalling (mandatory).
• Valid First Aid Certification (mandatory).
• Previous experience as a marshal in karting, racing, or motorsport environment preferred.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
