Key Responsibilities

• Perform precise mechanical assembly tasks according to detailed technical drawings and instructions.
• Ensure the quality, functionality, and aesthetic finish of assembled components and products.
• Operate and maintain various hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and meet production targets.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality checks on completed assemblies.
• Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly or a similar production role, preferably 5 years or more.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and measurement devices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
