    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and develop mechanical components for advanced spectroscopy instruments.
    • Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from concept to production.
    • Conduct detailed mechanical analysis, simulations, and testing of prototypes.
    • Collaborate with optical, electrical, and software engineering teams.
    • Ensure designs adhere to relevant industry standards and quality requirements.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in an associate role.
    • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation tools.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.
