Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive mechanical maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions efficiently to minimize production downtime.
• Execute timely repairs and replacements of faulty mechanical components and systems.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with production and engineering teams to optimize machinery performance and reliability.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
