Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the client, design teams, and site personnel.
- Coordinate procurement activities and resolve engineering-related issues.
- Prepare and implement project-specific safety and quality plans.
- Mobilise subcontractors and manage labour resources.
- Monitor programme milestones, materials delivery, quality, and safety compliance.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final system handover.
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Senior Trade qualification, or equivalent.
- 6+ years’ experience in Project Management within mechanical or building services.
- Proven experience delivering mechanical or HVAC projects.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Competent IT and reporting skills.
