Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead mechanical installations and maintenance activities on various projects.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and survey teams to integrate mechanical systems efficiently.
• Oversee the quality of mechanical work and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Manage resources, including personnel and equipment, for optimal project execution.
• Prepare reports on mechanical progress, challenges, and solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality assurance.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
