Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical audits to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Evaluate financial records and operational processes within medical services to identify discrepancies.
- Identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of medical services.
- Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Present audit results to management and stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure resolution and improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auditing, with a preference for medical or healthcare-related financial auditing.
- Strong understanding of audit principles, healthcare regulations, and financial compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex audit findings.
- Proficiency in relevant auditing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
