Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients in a warm and friendly manner.
• Convey the benefits of our services to patients and potential patients.
• Translate, in person and in writing, for doctors and management.
• Make, confirm, and move appointments.
• Answer phone calls, handle appointment queries, and route calls.
• Explain price structures and take payments.
• Provide general administrative support and other secretarial tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist in the UAE preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for and experience in sales is essential.
• Above average skills with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Must be flexible with working hours and able to travel between two local clinics.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
