Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately document patient medical histories, physical exams, and clinical findings during encounters.
  • Assist healthcare providers in navigating the electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.
  • Ensure all patient information is entered completely and precisely according to medical standards.
  • Manage and organize health information, maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance.
  • Prepare and process patient records, referrals, and other essential clinical documentation.
  • Support the overall efficiency of patient care by streamlining documentation workflows.

Requirements
