Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical examinations for employees including pre-employment, periodic, and exit evaluations.
• Manage and implement occupational health programs and preventive medicine initiatives across client organizations.
• Diagnose, assess, and manage work-related illnesses and injuries, ensuring appropriate care and follow-up.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on workplace safety protocols and health regulations to client companies.
• Develop and execute health promotion campaigns and educational sessions for employees.
• Collaborate effectively with Human Resources and Safety departments of various client companies.

Requirements

• Medical degree and a valid professional license to practice medicine in Venezuela.
• Specialization or significant experience in Occupational Health and Medicine.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in an occupational health role.
• Strong knowledge of Venezuelan labor health and safety laws and regulations.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
