Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for assigned construction projects.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards specifically for MEP-related scopes of work.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and international industry standards.
• Provide expert technical guidance and proactive problem-solving for any MEP challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the commissioning, testing, and final handover processes for all MEP installations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Mid-Senior level MEP leadership or project management role within the construction sector.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and and Plumbing systems, including design principles and installation practices.
• Excellent project management skills, encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment with diverse project teams.
• Familiarity with Finnish building codes, regulations, and relevant European MEP standards.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities to drive project success.
