Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site MEP works including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate between civil and MEP teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for technical clarifications and approvals.
• Monitor material usage and ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in fit-out or interior contracting projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
