Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead MEP tradesmen across HVAC, ducting, electrical, and plumbing works.
- Read, understand, and explain MEP drawings and schematics to site teams.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and workmanship.
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Enforce site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards at all times.
Requirements
- 5+ years UAE experience as an MEP Foreman or Senior MEP Supervisor.
- Strong hands-on experience in villas and high-rise buildings.
- Able to read and interpret MEP drawings confidently.
- Proven ability to manage and control tradesmen on site.
- Solid understanding of UAE authority requirements.
