Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality control protocols, and building codes.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of MEP technicians and skilled workers.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and other departments to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, components, and best practices.
• Familiarity with local building regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
