Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MEP technicians during daily operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure completion of maintenance.
• Inspect MEP systems and identify issues requiring repair.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and reports.
• Ensure adherence to company HSE policies at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP-related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in MEP maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
