Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in MEP installation and maintenance preferred.
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing MEP systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
