Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive midwifery care to women during pregnancy, labor, birth, and postnatal periods.
- Monitor maternal and fetal health, recognizing and responding to complications effectively.
- Educate and support expectant and new mothers on health, nutrition, and infant care practices.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure a safe and positive birthing experience.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Offer compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care to all individuals.
Requirements
- Licensed Midwife or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a diverse healthcare environment.
- Commitment to patient safety, ethical practices, and delivering high-quality compassionate care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
