Job Responsibilities
- Provide personalised care and support to residents, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication.
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in communal areas.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and assistance with wellbeing activities.
- Support residents with transport, social activities, and attending appointments.
- Work closely with care supervisors, managers, and house managers to deliver high-quality, tailored care.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and care standards.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Previous experience in a care environment with Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites (essential).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
