Job Responsibilities

Provide personalised care and support to residents, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication.

Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation.

Maintain high standards of housekeeping in communal areas.

Offer companionship, emotional support, and assistance with wellbeing activities.

Support residents with transport, social activities, and attending appointments.

Work closely with care supervisors, managers, and house managers to deliver high-quality, tailored care.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and care standards.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Previous experience in a care environment with Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
• Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites (essential).
• Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
