    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide personalised care and support to residents, including help with daily activities, personal hygiene, and medication.
    • Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, shopping, and meal preparation.
    • Maintain high standards of housekeeping in communal areas.
    • Offer companionship, emotional support, and assistance with wellbeing activities.
    • Support residents with transport, social activities, and attending appointments.
    • Work closely with care supervisors, managers, and house managers to deliver high-quality, tailored care.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and care standards.

    Requirements

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Compassionate, patient, and proactive attitude.
    • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
    • Previous experience in a care environment with Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred).
    • Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites (essential).
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.

    Benefits

    • £12.80 per hour + up to £1.30 extra for evenings and weekends.
