    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the planning and implementation of MEAL activities across NRC programs.
    • Assist in data collection, management, and analysis to track program progress and outcomes.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of monitoring tools and methodologies.
    • Ensure compliance with accountability frameworks and learning initiatives to improve program quality.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building on MEAL within the project team.
    • Support the drafting of MEAL reports, summaries, and communication materials.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and report writing abilities in English.
    • Proficiency in data collection tools and software (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, Microsoft Excel).
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and challenging field environments.
