Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and implementation of MEAL activities across NRC programs.
- Assist in data collection, management, and analysis to track program progress and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of monitoring tools and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with accountability frameworks and learning initiatives to improve program quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and capacity building on MEAL within the project team.
- Support the drafting of MEAL reports, summaries, and communication materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities in English.
- Proficiency in data collection tools and software (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK, Microsoft Excel).
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team and challenging field environments.
