Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality motion graphics and animations for various projects.
- Collaborate with creative teams to conceptualize and visualize dynamic content.
- Ensure all visual designs align with client brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Utilize industry-standard software to produce engaging digital assets.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present creative concepts effectively.
- Maintain consistency in visual style and quality across all deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in motion design software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical motion graphics skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English; German language skills are a significant plus.
