Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key national customers.
  • Drive sales growth and market share for premium brands within assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and promotional activities with retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at a national level.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and supply chain teams to ensure execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager, preferably within FMCG/Food & Beverage.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent understanding of the Australasian retail landscape.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and reporting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development capabilities.
