Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles based in the Netherlands from the Cairo office.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers in the Netherlands to understand their talent needs.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, ideally with exposure to international hiring.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
