Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles based in the Netherlands from the Cairo office.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers in the Netherlands to understand their talent needs.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, ideally with exposure to international hiring.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Dutch is a significant advantage.
