Key Responsibilities

• Undertake activities to ensure children’s safety and facilitate their development.
• Carry out planned educational activities and programs, promoting independent learning.
• Provide a high standard of care and education within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
• Encourage acceptance and inclusion of all children, adapting activities as necessary.
• Monitor, assess, and record children’s individual needs.
• Ensure the care, welfare, health, safety, and security of all children.

Requirements

• University degree in Early Childhood / Education or a certified vocational certificate (level III).
• Or a high school diploma combined with a certified vocational certificate (Cache Level 3) with at least two years of experience.
• Native-level proficiency in English.
• Currently residing in Dubai or have plans to relocate.
