Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office operations, files, and records (physical and digital).
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Office Administrative Assistant or similar role.
