Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for administrative inquiries.
- Oversee day-to-day operations for the Consulting function in the Amman office.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visas.
- Organize internal meetings and events.
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintain Excel logs.
- Prepare financial documents and ensure timely closing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (verbal and written).
- 2+ years of Administration experience in an office management environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Exchange).
