    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative and logistics support to the Consulting team.
    • Draft formal letters and prepare documents, including formatting and printing.
    • Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage flight schedules.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations in the office for the Consulting function.
    • Manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visas.
    • Prepare financial documents such as invoices and handle bank reconciliations.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
    • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (verbal and written).
    • 2+ years of Administration experience or office management experience.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Exchange).
