Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistics support to the Consulting team.
- Draft formal letters and prepare documents, including formatting and printing.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage flight schedules.
- Oversee day-to-day operations in the office for the Consulting function.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visas.
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices and handle bank reconciliations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (verbal and written).
- 2+ years of Administration experience or office management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Exchange).
