    Key Responsibilities

    • Collect and transmit necessary information to the external accounting firm.
    • Monitor customer and supplier invoices, validate and forward for payment.
    • Manage supplier payments and monitor due dates.
    • Supervise the administrative and logistical needs of the office.
    • Prepare payroll data and transmit to headquarters or the payroll provider.
    • Act as the link between the subsidiary and support teams in France.

    Requirements

    • Degree in management, administration, or finance.
    • Proven experience in administration and coordination, ideally in an international environment.
    • Comfortable with data/numbers and office tools (Excel).
    • Knowledge of local laws or strong willingness to learn quickly.
    • Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of French and/or Arabic is a plus.
