Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily deployment and attendance of 28 Tea & Coffee Assistants.
- Act as first point of contact for management.
- Conduct Weekly training sessions on service etiquette, beverage standards, hygiene, grooming, and communication.
- Prepare daily deployment reports, incident logs.
- Conduct hygiene and quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Induct new joiners, monitor grooming, punctuality, and performance.
Requirements
- Experience in overseeing daily deployment and attendance.
- Ability to act as a primary point of contact for management.
- Skills in conducting training sessions on service etiquette and hygiene.
- Proficiency in preparing daily deployment reports and incident logs.
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality inspection procedures.
- Competence in staff management, including induction and performance monitoring.
