    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily deployment and attendance of 28 Tea & Coffee Assistants.
    • Act as first point of contact for management.
    • Conduct Weekly training sessions on service etiquette, beverage standards, hygiene, grooming, and communication.
    • Prepare daily deployment reports, incident logs.
    • Conduct hygiene and quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
    • Induct new joiners, monitor grooming, punctuality, and performance.

    Requirements

    • Experience in overseeing daily deployment and attendance.
    • Ability to act as a primary point of contact for management.
    • Skills in conducting training sessions on service etiquette and hygiene.
    • Proficiency in preparing daily deployment reports and incident logs.
    • Knowledge of hygiene and quality inspection procedures.
    • Competence in staff management, including induction and performance monitoring.
