    Key Responsibilities

    • Greeting visitors and maintaining showroom standards.
    • Providing administrative support for the team and partners.
    • Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
    • Tracking shipments, coordinating couriers, and handling delivery documentation.
    • Supporting TRIKA.ART activities, including packing, cataloguing, and event preparation.
    • Assisting with preview days in March.

    Requirements

    • Strong English communication skills.
    • 2–5 years experience in admin, hospitality or showroom coordination.
    • Professional presentation.
    • Excellent organization and reliability.
    • Hospitality/airline background is a plus.
