Key Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors and maintaining showroom standards.
- Providing administrative support for the team and partners.
- Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Tracking shipments, coordinating couriers, and handling delivery documentation.
- Supporting TRIKA.ART activities, including packing, cataloguing, and event preparation.
- Assisting with preview days in March.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills.
- 2–5 years experience in admin, hospitality or showroom coordination.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent organization and reliability.
- Hospitality/airline background is a plus.
