Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, organize, and supervise events in our offices.
- Run tender processes for service and supply contracts and monitor contract implementation.
- Track trends in the corporate catering market.
- Order inventory for the office, including food and products for events.
- Coordinate work with contractors and office departments.
- Participate in preparing the annual budget and maintain plan–fact tracking.
Requirements
- Experience as an office manager, administrator, or project manager.
- Skills in organizing office activities.
- Ability to make quick and independent decisions in problematic situations.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Positive, sociable approach and readiness to solve complex employee issues.
- Confident computer skills (Excel, Word).
