Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions efficiently.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar senior administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively within a team.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred for this international setting.
