Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support directly to the CEO.
- Efficiently manage and oversee all aspects of daily office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and extensive travel arrangements for the CEO.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, maintenance of equipment, and management of vendor relationships.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with various human resources and general business support tasks as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain composure in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
