Key Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and office support to the Manager, including handling calls and drafting letters.
• Arrange travel itineraries, including ticket reservations and hotel bookings.
• Support the department by sending official correspondence and arranging meetings.
• Liaise with all offices for effective management of appointments and meetings.
• Attend to customer queries and complaints with courtesy and respect.
• Maintain necessary documentation systems and update records, files, and databases.
