This role requires constant follow-up, persuasion, and negotiation with customers in line with FAB collections policy and procedure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Follow up on all allocated overdue accounts and ensure resolution as per the monthly target.
    • Ensure detailed review of each case, considering the long-term relationship with customers.
    • Interact with customers in compliance with CPR to ascertain reasons for delinquency.
    • Meet individual targets based on both Efficiency and Productivity parameters on a monthly basis.
    • Obtain and document detailed information about overdue customers on the collection system.
    • Ensure the collection process adheres to the code of conduct and maintains the bank’s reputation.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 1-2 years of collections experience in the UAE.
    • Awareness of legal and remedial options.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Basic banking knowledge.
    • Strong negotiation skills.
    • Good computer skills and dialer experience.
