Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell and cross-sell banking products and services to new and existing customers.
• Process and assess customer requests, including account openings and loan applications.
• Educate customers about automated channels such as ATM, call center, and online banking.
• Attract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referrals.
• Meet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetings.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries forwarded from the call center.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
