Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell/cross-sell asset and liability products to new and existing customers.
- Prepare, assess, and recommend loan product applications.
- Process customer requests, including account openings and online requests.
- Encourage customers to build balances and migrate to higher customer programs.
- Generate leads for Elite and Elite Gold programs.
- Meet individual sales targets and participate in retail sales team meetings.
Requirements
- High School graduate.
- 2 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
- Familiarity with bank products, customer experience, and related policies and procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
