Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps across various departments.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and e-learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful learning content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Support talent management strategies and career development pathways for employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a large corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using various L&D tools and platforms.
