Key Responsibilities
- Prepares all RFPs and RFQs, and issues ‘Invitation to Bid/Tender’ letters.
- Handles all incoming documentation concerning contract performance.
- Conducts contract lifecycle performance management, including vendor performance tracking and reviews.
- Negotiates with vendors to improve service offerings and reduce associated fees.
- Coordinates with stakeholders to conduct a full evaluation of shortlisted proposals.
- Maintains and grows flydubai’s approved vendor list and enhances Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (3+ years).
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Procurement related ERP software experience.
- 0-2 years of experience with qualifications.
- Specialized training in Procurement/Supply Chain Certification (CIPS or similar).
- CIPS Certification (preferred).
