Job Overview
Provide support to the Recruitment Consultant in filling open positions and manage the mobilization process across the Ventures business of Al Ghurair. Prepare and roll out effective mobilization plans to assist business units in the earliest deployments.

Key Responsibilities
- Review open vacancies with the Recruitment Consultant and support the development of recruitment and mobilization plans.
- Cross-verify offer letters with Recruitment Requisition Forms (RRF) to ensure validity and timely issuance.
- Prepare and launch optimal mobilization/arrivals plans for in-country and overseas recruits.
- Consolidate vacancy requisitions with business units and P&C People Advisors weekly and update the Recruitment Consultant.
- Assist in sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assessments.
- Manage employee folders, applicant trackers, and RRF trackers with accuracy.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Good understanding and experience with HR tools like ATS and HRIS.
