DHL Supply Chain is seeking a passionate and energetic Operation Coordinator to be based in the Operation Team. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and coordinate daily operational activities to meet SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards and Behaviour-Based Safety practices.
- Coordinate daily operational activities (inbound, picking, outbound) to meet SLAs.
- Allocate tasks based on resource planning and escalate constraints or deviations.
- Track team performance against KPIs (productivity, quality, attendance, overtime).
- Support shift handovers and participate in Tier 1 / Tier 2 performance discussions.
- Ensure compliance with Work Instructions, standards, and process confirmations.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, warehouse, or logistics environment.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of KPI tracking, safety, and process compliance.
- Ability to work across shifts and manage operational priorities.
- Various MHE licenses is an advantage.
