Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage comprehensive financial operations specifically for Intas Pharmaceuticals’ UK sector.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts tailored for UK operations.
- Ensure stringent adherence to UK financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/UK GAAP), and company policies.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making within the UK business unit.
- Manage the entire financial close process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the UK entity.
- Collaborate effectively with global finance teams and UK business leaders to optimize financial performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience of 5+ years in financial management or operations, with significant exposure to UK markets.
- Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, accounting principles, and robust reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data.
- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling techniques and experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for effective engagement across international teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.
