    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage comprehensive financial operations specifically for Intas Pharmaceuticals’ UK sector.
    • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts tailored for UK operations.
    • Ensure stringent adherence to UK financial regulations, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/UK GAAP), and company policies.
    • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making within the UK business unit.
    • Manage the entire financial close process on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for the UK entity.
    • Collaborate effectively with global finance teams and UK business leaders to optimize financial performance and efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience of 5+ years in financial management or operations, with significant exposure to UK markets.
    • Strong understanding of UK financial regulations, accounting principles, and robust reporting standards.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data.
    • Proficiency in advanced financial modeling techniques and experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for effective engagement across international teams.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related quantitative field.
