Job Overview
SGS— the world’s leading testing, inspection, and certification company—seeks a full-time, on-site Operational Excellence Manager in Dubai. You will audit cross-divisional operations, ensure compliance with policies and ISO standards, and implement frameworks that lift efficiency, quality, and risk control. The role partners with senior leadership to embed continuous improvement and a culture of accountability across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits/assessments across business divisions; identify gaps and risks.
- Monitor adherence to policies, standards, procedures; recommend corrective actions.
- Design and deploy operational excellence frameworks and continuous improvement programs.
- Prepare structured reports for senior management; track actions to closure.
- Support external audits and certifications; champion quality and accountability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business/Quality (Master’s a plus).
- 7–10 years in operations audit, QA, or performance management (multinational environment).
- Experience in TIC/testing segment is a strong plus.
- Solid knowledge of ISO standards and CI methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Analytical reporting skills; integrity; ability to engage senior stakeholders.
