    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated Operations Administrator / Sachbearbeiter Logistik (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Schkopau. In this key role, you will support day-to-day terminal operations, ensure smooth logistics processes, and act as a reliable point of contact for customers and partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the main point of contact for customers
    • Maintain and update the terminal management system
    • Enter transport notifications and release orders
    • Prepare freight documents (e.g., consignment notes)
    • Manage vehicle check-in and check-out processes

    Requirements

    • Completed vocational training in logistics, forwarding, or a related commercial field
    • Initial professional experience in logistics/administration is desirable
    • Confident handling of MS Office applications
    • English and/or Russian language skills are a plus
    • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and occasionally on weekends
    • Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and reliability
