Key Responsibilities
- Assist with KYC and AML documentation and verification for bullion transactions.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound precious metal deliveries.
- Assist in testing metal authenticity.
- Perform periodic stock takes to reconcile high-value inventory.
- Manage the tracking and distribution of shipments moving through global supply chains.
- Support traders by updating primary operating systems.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems or specialized bullion software.
- An understanding of bullion trading regulations (KYC/AML) and gold weight/purity calculations is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail for managing high-value assets.
