Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operational activities and project execution processes.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure that project activities adhere to established quality standards and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Manage and organize project documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the optimization of operational processes for improved efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations support or project management, preferably in security systems or industrial sectors.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and project-driven environment.
