Key Responsibilities
- Regularly assess site performance using metrics like B10s, rejections, missing items, and cancellations.
- Investigate performance issues, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
- Train and upskill pickers on Deliveroo’s SOPs, focusing on substitution handling and order prioritization.
- Create site-specific action plans to improve store KPIs and outline proposed solutions.
- Maintain records of site visits, issues, solutions implemented, and performance feedback.
- Conduct regular checks on store tablets, printers, and SIMs and troubleshoot hardware issues.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in grocery, retail, or delivery operations.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technical: Familiarity with mobile/tablet apps and basic troubleshooting.
- Transport: Valid UAE driving license and own car.
- Physical: Ability to be on-site at multiple store locations for extended periods.
