Al Jimi Mall is looking for a passionate Operations Coordinator – Retail to play a hands-on role in the day-to-day operations of Aldar’s retail portfolio in Al Ain. Key Responsibilities
- Support daily mall operations including security, housekeeping, maintenance, parking, and customer service.
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for retail tenants, coordinating access, maintenance requests, and approvals.
- Support health & safety practices to maintain a safe environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.
- Support operational planning and execution of mall events, promotions, and activations.
- Maintain accurate operational logs, permits, and documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail mall operations, facilities management, or property management.
- Experience within the UAE retail or mixed-use environment is preferred.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills; English is mandatory, Arabic is an advantage.
